1. Agreement
By creating an account or using AIORA, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
AIORA lets you upload clothing photos, organize a digital wardrobe, and receive AI-assisted outfit suggestions. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable during maintenance or capacity limits.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required where you live).
- Do not create accounts to abuse or overload the service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate AIORA (including AI analysis and outfit generation).
You must not upload content that is illegal, pornographic, hateful, or infringes others’ rights.
We may refuse, remove, or moderate content that violates these Terms or our safety rules.
5. AI suggestions — no warranty
Outfit suggestions are automated estimates for personal styling inspiration. They are not professional advice and may be inaccurate. You decide what to wear; we are not liable for fashion, social, or other outcomes.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service
- Do not reverse engineer models beyond what the law allows
- Do not use the API or app to harm others or violate privacy
7. Subscriptions and payments
The current version may be free. If paid features are introduced on iOS, they will be billed through Apple In-App Purchase under Apple’s terms.
8. Termination
You may delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIORA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
