1. Who we are
AIORA (“we”, “us”) provides a mobile app that helps you manage a digital wardrobe and generate outfit suggestions using machine learning. For privacy questions or data-subject requests, email support@aiorapp.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, username, profile details.
- Authentication data: password hash (never plain passwords), session/refresh tokens, one-time codes for login or account deletion.
- User content: wardrobe and profile photos, garment metadata, style preferences, saved outfits.
- App activity: product interactions needed to run the service (for example outfit generation requests).
- Diagnostics: crash and performance data if crash reporting is enabled (for example via Sentry), with personal data minimized.
- Location / weather (optional): only if you use weather-aware features; we do not sell location data.
Social features (posts, comments, follows) may store additional content if those features are enabled in a future release.
3. How we use data
- Create and secure your account
- Store and display your wardrobe
- Analyze garments and generate outfit recommendations
- Moderate unsafe uploads
- Send transactional email (OTP, password reset, account deletion)
- Improve reliability and fix bugs
- Comply with law and App Store / Play requirements
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos for third-party advertising.
4. Processors / service providers
Depending on configuration, we may use:
- Railway — application hosting and database
- Cloudinary — image storage and delivery
- AI inference provider — garment analysis and outfit ranking
- Anthropic — optional text explanations (when enabled)
- SMTP provider — transactional email
- Sentry — crash / error diagnostics (when enabled)
- Weather provider — only if weather features are enabled
These providers process data on our instructions to operate the app.
5. Legal bases (GDPR / KVKK)
Where applicable, we process data based on:
- Contract — to provide the app features you request
- Consent — where required (for example optional permissions)
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, reliability
- Legal obligation — when the law requires retention or disclosure
6. Retention
We keep account and wardrobe data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove associated personal data from production systems. Backups may persist for a limited period and then expire. Auth tokens and OTP codes expire automatically.
7. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability.
- In the app: Settings → Delete Account
- By email: support@aiorapp.com
- Web: see the Support page for account-deletion help
We respond within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days where required by law).
8. International transfers
Servers and processors may be located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
9. Security
We use HTTPS in production, access controls, and industry-standard password hashing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Children
AIORA is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email.
